We Offer You Easy And Streamlined Replacement Process
(1). How Do I File A Replacement Request?...
1.After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
2. If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by [ BSAS ] up to Rs 150 .
3. You can place a Replacement request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
4. You can initiate the return making a call [+91] 9971550988 or drop a mail supportBsasmobile@Gmail.com. Our support executive will raise a tick against your complain.
5. Replacement request will be reviewed by [ BSAS ]..
6.After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
(2). If I'm not satisfied with my iphone repair, how can I withdraw the payment?
Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases -
1. If you are not satisfied with the repair of the iphone, then you can withdraw the payment.
2.You can get your payment within 7 days.
3. You will get back the payment that you have repaired
4. (BSAS) Your iPhone will check first and then your payment will return
5. (BSAS) 7 days and 12 hours will return your payment
(3). (BSAS) Can I get my payment back after 7 days
1. (BSAS) Will not refund payment after 7 days
2. If you come after 7 days for any reason, no payment will be returned
3. (BSAS) Promises that you will not get any complaints before 7 days
(4). If you withdraw the payment before 7 days , (BSAS) will not take any extra charges from you
(5). Please take care of the following-
1.Mention the Order number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing it over to the Courier Representative.
2. Send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our address.
